How does a free trial work?
Free trials are a great way for your child to test a class without the full month of commitment. Coaches will be informed your child is there for a free trial and will consult with you after the class to make sure it is a good fit. This is perfect for students who might be hesitant or those who are coming over from another program.
What classes are available?
All of our class enrollments are live on our website and you can register for open classes through the “parent portal”. If a class says “waitlist” that means it is full. It is possible for the class to look open but have future enrollments so if this is the case, please call our front office to double check it’s status.
Do you offer make ups?
Make ups are available on a pre-approved basis and are based on class size and coach’s preference. We cannot guarantee make up classes.
What does my yearly registration pay for?
This charge helps offset the cost of expenses such as administration, coach planning time and training, phone, internet, copying, newsletters and more.
What should we bring to class?
Leotards are not required but are recommended. Some students chose to wear t-shirts and shorts. Students should place shoes, socks, jackets, and bags in a cubby before entering the gym. We do have a water fountain near our bathrooms but many students bring their own water bottle with them. Please ensure the water bottle is closed to prevent spillage. Stanley’s with an open straw will not be allowed out on the floor.
How does billing work?
Classes are billed per month rather than per session. This way families have more flexibility in the months they attend. Families can view their bill by logging into their account through our parent portal. Automatic pay is encouraged but we do take cash and check at the front desk as well.
Late payments past 7 days are at risk for students to be unenrolled automatically from their class.
When are team tryouts?
Tryouts occur in two separate ways; both in May. Students can schedule a one-on-one tryout with a team coach or they can chose to participation in our spring recreational meet.
